To decide if health coaching is for you…Join me for a free half hour consultation. Live. Over the phone. Skype. Just the two of us. No interruptions. When was the last time you had someone pay attention to only you?

During your consultation we’ll review your food history and goals for the future.

Based on our discussion we’ll figure out how I can best support you.

Programs

To Your Very Good Health – The Plan

Your program includes…

  • An extended 50-minute complimentary wellness consultation
  • A customized plan developed specifically for you related to nutrition, exercise and lifestyle
  • Two, 50-minute health counseling sessions per month to check on your progress, address any pressing questions or just catch up
  • E-mail support between sessions
  • Informative, interesting and helpful articles and information that pertain solely to you and your goals
  • Recipes that are ridiculously good, healthy and don’t require 10 hours in the kitchen
  • Quarterly wellness seminars covering a variety of health-related topics

To Your Very Good Health – The Plan Plus

This is the basic plan with something extra.

The Plus means that I am in contact with you every day. Yes every day. Having a plan is all well and good. Having good intentions is all well and good. But if the plan and your intentions end up on the sofa watching Jersey Shore and drinking Skinny Girl Margaritas (not that there’s anything wrong with either) you definitely will not achieve your goals and you’ll be riddled with guilt because your good intentions have gone bad.

Introducing your very own, virtual personal coach For a designated period of time (your choice of how long. But no less than one month.)…

  • I will check in with you daily offering words of wisdom, motivation, recipes and things that make me giggle.
  • You will in turn check in with me daily and tell me how you went to the gym, lifted weights, drank boatloads of water and ate plenty of greens.
  • Or you’ll kvetch, tell me how much you hate going to the gym, how much you hate green things and how much you hate me.
  • It’s all good. I won’t judge. But I will get you back on track and hold you accountable.

Customized health and wellness plans for individuals with multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue. If you have a specific health issue that you feel is holding you back…let’s talk.

To Your Very Good Health – In the Kitchen

Cooking Classes 

Everyone ends up in the kitchen during a party. So why not just have everyone start there and stay there.

I will come to your home and show you and your guests how to make an amazing meal.

Discover that you can cook much better than any restaurant. Learn that take-out doesn’t have to be your only choice on a Wednesday night. Have a glass of wine. Involve all your senses. Hang out with friends. Go home with recipes and stories to share.

    Health Coaching … I love it! Everyone should have a personal Health Coach. This website is so exciting and meaningful and needed! I will refer many of my clients.
